Fiona is our Head of Valuation, having joined Harris Lamb in November 2007 and has over 30 years specialist experience in the Midlands marketplace providing accurate and informed valuation advice in an ever changing landscape.
She provides specialist advice to a wide range of clients which include corporate clients, banks and other financial institutions, Local Authorities, property companies and solicitors as well as individual business owners and private clients.
Fiona leads a team of RICS Registered Valuers, with responsibility for the valuation of commercial and investment properties, together with commercial and residential development sites across the Midlands. She also acts as an Expert Witness, providing independent valuation advice in dispute resolution matters.
Fiona is an RICS Registered Valuer and as part of our specialist Valuation team she offers a wealth of experience providing a detailed and professional approach for all her clients.
