Gavin Adams

Gavin has over eight years’ experience in Rating, having started working in the property industry in 2017. He joined Harris Lamb in December 2020 and successfully became a Chartered Surveyor back in Spring 2022.
He has acted on behalf of clients for a wide range of property classes, including industrial, offices, schools, licensed and leisure operators and retail premises across both England and Wales.
Gavin has also represented both landlords and tenants in providing advice on many different issues, and has a knowledge of obtaining savings for clients via a variety of pathways, including Section 44a Relief, Empty Property Rates Relief and challenging historic backdated liabilities issued by Local Authorities.
