Richard Fantham

Director

Richard joined Harris Lamb in December 1997 to head the Lease Advisory department and now provides advice on Professional Services, including rent reviews, lease renewals and lease re-gears, as well as undertaking valuations.  

He has over 30 years’ specialist experience in the Midlands’ property market and advises a wide range of corporate companies and institutional landlords.  He is a recognised and established Expert Witness in dealing with the referral of rent review disputes to arbitrators and experts, and lease renewals to Court.  By working closely with Harris Lamb’s agency teams, Richard provides accurate and market leading intelligence and knowledge.  

Richard is an RICS Registered Valuer, and regularly deals with valuations of a variety of commercial premises for accounts purposes, loan security and pension funds, as well as corporate and property acquisitions.
