“Coffee#1 has an excellent reputation though, delivering carefully handcrafted coffee made with passion and skill, which will make it a popular spot with the Warwick community, which is keen to retain its status of a town supporting small and independent businesses.

“I’m confident that the business will prove a success in the town, not least thanks to its superb position,” he added.

The premises occupies a total floor-space of 2,645sq ft, and there is the potential for the business to take on the neighbouring unit, providing a further 1,350 sq ft,

Area Manager Amy Sullivan said: “We are looking forward to opening in Warwick, it’s a bustling historic town, where our unique brand Coffee#1 will be a perfect fit!!. Our dedicated, skilful Baristas will provide a warm welcome to our new friends and neighbours”

Refit at the site is underway with the coffee shop expected to open at the end of the month.
